Advise and assist the Principal in managing, organizing, implementing the missions regarding the field of educational testing and quality assurance in the University according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

-Build educational testing programs according to the rules of the Ministry of Education and Training, fulfill the overall needs of the education and training field according to the traits of the University to ensure and enhance the training quality

-Cooperate with related units to hold entrance exam, graduation exam and organize, inspect, and supervise the examinations of the University; resolve the problems and review the examination papers.

-Organize the implementation of reforming examinations, tests.

-Propose, equip the necessary equipment to serve the work of organizing, marking, and evaluating the result of the examination.

-Apply the scientific and  technological advancement in the testing activities of the University
